3 easy steps to Redemption
Register your redemption online at within 14 days of purchase. Select redemption and follow the online steps.
Cut out the barcode with the SNID from the product box for which you are claiming. (Photocopies are not acceptable)
Mail claim form, SNID barcode and copy of Tax Invoice to the address on the claim form.

To proceed with your registration, please select your purchase date, enter the product SNID (serial number identification) and click on the Find button, the Gateway Redemption Program related to your purchase will be retrieved.

Terms and Conditions
1) Once your claim has been received, please allow up to 8 weeks for the delivery of your redemption.
2) All Redemptions must be registered online at the Gateway Redemption Website (by going to, selecting Redemption and following the online steps). All supporting documents must be sent within 14 days of purchase. Applications received after this period will not be accepted. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
3) A unique Redemption Claim Number is generated for each successful registration, enabling you to track your Redemption claim every step of the way.
4) A print out of the completed online form, bearing a system generated redemption claim number must be mailed in, along with a legible copy of the tax invoice from the store and the physical barcode label containing the matching product SNID.
5) Delivery dockets, hand written store receipts and photocopies of the barcode will not be accepted. No responsibility is taken for late, lost or misdirected mail.
6) The Redemption Offer is limited to five Redemption claims per customer for each product.
7) A single SNID can be used for ONE claim ONLY. A claim will not be accepted if the same SNID has been used on another claim.
8) The purchase date is determined by the date of the store tax invoice submitted by the customer with the claim.

10) The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any claim if the product purchased is returned for any reason.
11) The Redemption Offer is not available for products sold in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional product bundle.
12) All claims are subject to verification by the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to reject any claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions.
13) Employees of the promoter and its resellers and distributors and agencies associated with this Redemption offer are not eligible for the Redemption offer.
