Terms and Conditions
1) Once your claim has been received and accepted by Acer, please allow up to 8 weeks for the delivery of your cheque by ordinary
mail.
2) All Cashback claims must be registered online. All supporting documents should be sent within 14 days of purchase. Applications
sent after this period will not be accepted. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
3) A print out of the completed online form, bearing a system generated Cashback claim number must be mailed in, along with
a legible copy of the tax invoice from the store and the physical barcode label containing the matching product SNID.
4) Delivery dockets, hand written store receipts and photocopies of the barcode will not be accepted. No responsibility is
taken for late, lost or misdirected mail.
5) The Cashback Offer is limited to five Cashback claims per customer for each product.
6) A single SNID can be used for ONE claim ONLY. A claim will not be accepted if the same SNID has been used on another claim.
7) The purchase date is determined by the date of the store tax invoice submitted by the customer with the claim.
8) Acer reserves the right to refuse any claim if the product purchased is returned for any reasons.
9) The Cashback Offer is not available for products sold in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional product
bundle.
10) All claims are subject to verification by Acer. Acer reserves the right to reject any claim which does not comply with
these terms and conditions.
11) Employees of Acer and its resellers and distributors and agencies associated with this Cashback offer are not eligible
for the Cashback offer.
